Girls Trip to Mexico City!
I recently went on an all girls trip to Mexico City. It truly is one of the greatest cities in the world! I’m so lucky

This is where the stories that don’t fit into a single neat category end up, and honestly, those tend to be some of my favorites. Girls trips, spontaneous adventures, and the kind of moments that are hard to put into words but impossible to forget. If it made me grab my camera and text my group chat about it afterward, it probably lives right here.

Take our girls trip to Mexico City, I went with Margaret, Eliz, Sandy, Isabel, and Erin, and we basically handed our itinerary over to Abby Clawsonlow’s book. Ninety percent of our stops came straight from her recommendations, and every single one delivered. The markets were overwhelming in the best way. Handmade textiles, pottery, leather goods, the craftsmanship in Mexico City is on another level, and I wanted to bring home everything I touched.
We ate our way through the city, wandered through museums until our feet hurt, and took more photos than I’ll ever be able to sort through. There’s something about Mexico City that just gets under your skin. The food, the colors, the energy, it’s one of those cities that truly earns the title of one of the greatest in the world, and I don’t say that lightly.
What I love about this category is that it captures the experiences that cross every boundary. A trip that’s equal parts travel, food, friendship, and culture doesn’t belong in just one place. These posts are for the adventures where everything comes together, where the company is perfect, the destination delivers, and you come home with a full camera roll and stories you’ll be telling for years. Whether you’re looking for Mexico City recommendations, girls trip ideas, or just want to see what happens when six friends let a good book plan their vacation, start here.
